Quick fly-by lunch posting

1. Brought my wooden cane, which I used to stumble about on two years ago, to work today - and made my cubicle wall mate and co-worker's day. Her 27 year old daughter needs it for Halloween. She's going as an old lady. Hee. It's the little things.
2. Have decided that I am addicted to chocolat. I go off it? I get headaches and am depressed and all bad moody. Get back on, happy, although too much - weirdly manic. So must be careful. Chocolat..my drug of choice. Currently limiting my self to only "dark" chocolat, which has had the unfortunate side-effect of making milk chocolat taste too sweet and sugary and fatty and disgusting. Very weird. My tastes appear to be changing...on everything.

Date: 2011-10-26 12:10 am (UTC)And I agree about milk chocolate: I think it is too sweet and fatty and over processed, not nearly as good as dark chocolate! Unfortunately in the US the milk chocolate is definitely predominant. I love dark chocolate covered cherries, but they are almost impossible to find (chocolate covered cherries are only available in the Winter anyway, but in Iowa I cannot find the dark chocolate ever).
