I generally don't like phonetic dialect in comics or prose for the same reasons, but "innit" genuinely is enough of a word in itself in much British English nowadays to deserve to get in. (Some people hate it, but it's meant that English finally gets a useful equivalent to the French "ne c'est pas" or the German "nicht wahr".)
