I think one way or the other it's about big donors. McConnell and Graham for instance have their own recent campaigns to pay for. If big Republican donors are saying keep suing or the money will dry up, they'll support it. The news was saying weeks ago Trump's campaign was out of money, yet they went on a big spending binge the last week of the campaign. You know deadbeat Trump is not going to cover the debt he ran up.
