That would require listing them on the site, pricing them, figuring out their condition, what to sell, figuring out a way to receive the money, paying taxes on it, labeling, boxing them up and sending them to someone...when if I just take them to the basement and give them away for free -no listing, no tracking, no pricing, no sales transaction, no boxing, no postage, no lugging to the post office, none of that. Also no pricing, etc. All I have to do is throw it in a bag and take it down an elevator and drop it off.
I like my idea much better.
But yeah, I get it - not asking for advice on the internet is akin to throwing a stick and telling a dog not to retrieve it.
Also some people love to sell things, I hate to sell things. I'm a horrible capitalist. I much prefer just giving things away randomly. To give you an idea? I randomly gave away my entire comic book collection.
